Cancellation and Payment Policy

24 hours notice is required for cancellations or changes to an appointment. If you are required to change or cancel an appointment within the 24 hours prior to your appointment a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. 

If you do not show up to an appointment without notice a 100% cancellation fee will be charged due to the significant impact this has on a small business. 

Appointments can be booked online or over the phone and reserved with a major credit card. 
We do accept cash, direct debit, major credit cards, Zip Pay and AfterPay. Credit card payments will incur a surcharge.
